Another effort in a long row to provide customers with something useful instead of just sending them a message.

The 5 day campaign invented by DDB Tribal Amsterdam provided KLM with loads of passenger stories to tell. This is only one example of many. It seems KLM has understood the power of useful advertising. We will get back to them quite a few times.
